摘要
以冰箱冷藏饰条的注射成型为例,基于注射成型过程的CAE模拟,采用BP人工神经网络与遗传算法相结合优化注射成型工艺参数,减小塑件成型的翘曲变形量。采用优化后得到的最佳工艺参数进行实际生产验证,获得了满意的效果。
The injection molding parameters of a refrigerator accouterment were optimized based on the integration of CAE simulation, BP artificial neural network and genetic algorithm with which the warpage amount of the molded plastics was reduced.
