介绍了某汽车发动机的双层镀铝钢板隔热罩成形工艺,给出了隔热罩成形时凸、凹模间隙的合理取值和模具设计时的注意事项,指出在做工艺分析过程中,应通过多个工艺方案对比,选择最合理的、性价比高的方案,以降低生产成本,提高企业生产效益。
Double alclad sheet was used to manufacture the thermal shield of an automobile engine and the forming process was presented. A reasonable clearance value between the punch and die and the matters needing attention in die design were proposed.
