铝合金三角臂制坯辊锻工艺与辊锻模设计 被引量:5

摘要 根据铝合金三角臂的特点,结合自动化生产要求进行辊锻制坯工艺设计。采用4道次辊锻椭圆—圆型槽系,合理分配延伸系数和选择前滑值。结果表明,与传统的自由锻制坯相比,辊锻制坯工艺稳定可靠,产品质量高,联线生产节拍可达3件/min。 Based on the characteristics of aluminum controlling arm and the requirement for automatic production, a blank-making roll-forging process was designed in which 4 passes with ellipse-round groove were selected for the roll forging; The lengthening coefficient was distributed rationally and the forward slip value was selected reasonably. The result reveals that the process performs steadily and reliably. It provides high quality of products, with the productivity of 3 pcs/min.
