摘要 介绍基于PLC和DSP的全自动液体灌装机的设计,该设备采用电机伺服控制技术、步进控制技术、PLC技术、DSP技术、人机界面等技术实现了对不同规格容器的全自动灌装,并精确控制灌装质量;同时通过网络通讯实现对灌装生产过程的监控和生产信息管理。该机具有操作方便、系统稳定、工作效率高等优点,成功实现了液态灌装机的自动化。 The design of automatic liquid filling machine based on PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) and DSP(Digital Signal Processor) was introduced.The full-automatic filling for different specification containers was achieved by the device using motor serve control technology,step-motor control technology,PLC,DSP and human-computer interface technology and etc.,and the weight of filling controlled precisely.And the monitoring of filling process and management of production information by network communications were achieved simultaneously.It has advantages of easy operation,stable system and working efficient and etc.,and automation of liquid filling machine is come true successfully.
