摘要 设计一种主变速箱换挡结构,该换挡结构以三位油缸作执行元件实现3个挡位的变换。详细阐述三位油缸的结构特点,计算了关键参数;根据三位液压油缸的工作情况,设计出液压控制原理图。试验和实际使用结果验证了该换挡结构的实用性和可靠性。 A gearshift mechanism of the main gearbox was designed.Three-position cylinder was taken as enforcement component to realize gearshift in three grades.Structural features of the three-position cylinder was described in detail and key points were calculated.The hydraulic principle diagram was designed by referring to the work situation of the three-position cylinder.The availability and reliability of this shift structure are proved by the results of tests and practical application.
