摘要
针对3Gr13不锈钢薄壁套筒零件刚性差、难以切削的特点,对装夹方式、刀具材料、刀具几何角度、切削用量和冷却液5个方面进行研究,旨在减少工件变形,提高表面质量。实验结果显示:以增强薄壁件径向刚度为理念设计的专用夹具,有效解决了薄壁件在切削加工中易变形的难题;以切削理论为依据,运用正交实验法选择的加工参数,能显著提高3Gr13不锈钢薄壁件的表面质量和刀具耐用度。
In view of the characteristics of being lack of rigidity and difficult to cut of thin liner component of 3Gr13 stainless steel,the study was to reduce the deformation of workpiece and to enhance quality of its surface,by conducting the study of the five aspects: clip installment pattern,material of cutting tool,geometric angle of cutting tool,amount of cutting expense and cooling liquid.The results indicate: the specific clamp apparatus according to the new designing perspective of improving the radial direction rigidity of thin liner can effectively solve the problem of deformation during lathe work;based on cutting theory,adopting the machining parameters selected by orthogonal experiments can significantly upgrade the surface quality and the cutting tool durability of thin liner component of 3Gr13 stainless steel.
