摘要
数控加工中刀具的选择除需遵循传统加工的选择规则外,还应遵循一些特殊的原则。基于MasterCAM和Vericut软件,从数控用铣刀的分类、刀具材料、工艺参数等几个方面研究数控加工中刀具选择的问题,给出刀具选择一般规则。同时考虑到软件中提供的刀具不符合车间实际的情况,提出建立刀具库的策略,可提高数控加工的编程效率,对数控技术的运用起到积极的促进作用。
Some special principles of selecting tools in NC manufacturing process should be followed in addition to that of the traditional manufacturing.The question of tool selection in NC process was researched from the tool classification,tool material and technics parameters based on MasterCAM and Vericut software.The general principles about tool selection were presented.At the same time concerning about the differences between tools provided by the software and the practical producing,the method of creating a tool library was put forward.The programming efficiency of NC machining can be enhanced,and the application of the NC technique can be promoted actively.
