摘要
分析了现有的乳化液质量分数自动配比技术,研制了一种容积式、节能型、质量分数配比连续可调的乳化液自动配比装置。该装置以井下压力自来水为动力源,以高精度的椭圆齿轮马达为流量-转速转换元件,同时也是整个装置的动力元件,通过机械传动机构与变量油泵联接,调节变量泵的排量即可改变配制乳化液的体积分数。该装置已在许多煤矿投入使用,实现了预期的功能。
The known methods of automatic supervisory system of emulsion proportioning were analyzed,and a kind of automatic proportioning device with positive displacement and energy-saving and continuously variable was developed.In this device,the high-pressure water in coal mine was used as power source,and the high-accuracy elliptical gear motor was used as flow/speed conversion element and dynamic components for the whole device as well.Through coupling between the mechanical transmission system and variable pump,the concentration of configurable emulsion could be changed by adjusting the variable pump emissions.This equipment has been used in many coal mines and anticipated function is realized.
