摘要
针对目前挖掘机大量采用的正流量液压系统,介绍其体系结构和性能特点,从液压系统的功率形式推导出其功率控制方式;分析正流量挖掘机液压系统的性能优势和控制缺陷,针对其控制缺陷,指出挖掘机液压控制系统的改善方向。
The main strueture and performances of the positive eontrol hydraulic system of excavator at present were introduced. Its power control mode was derived from hydraulic system power form. The performanee advantages and eontrol deficiencies of the positive control hydraulic system of excavator were analyzed. Aiming to its control defieieneies, the improved direction of the excavator hydraulic system was pointed out.
