摘要
针对不同管径的管道对接焊缝在线探伤的需要,考虑工件外形存在的圆柱度不一致的形面误差对超声波探头接触间隙稳定的影响,提出一种新型接触式管径自适应探伤系统,使超声波始终沿工件法线方向入射。在此基础上,开发了管道对接焊缝探伤软件系统,实现了焊接现场的管道焊缝超声探伤的自动化。实际应用结果表明,该系统有效提高了对接焊缝的超声波检测质量和工作效率。
As the requirement of online ultrasonic inspection for welding belt on pipeline, and considering the influence of its surface contour error (roundness) on stabilization of the clearance between the probe and the workpieces, a novel self-adaptive contacting ultrasonic scanner was advanced, which made the ultrasonic wave transmit into the rotational part along with the normal direction of the detecting surface so as to realize online ultrasonic flaw-detection on pipelines. Based on these, a software system was also developed, by which the online ultrasonic flaw-detection process was realized automatically. The practical application proves the developed system can promote both the inspection quality and the efficiency of welding bead on pipeline.
