摘要
国内信用证是指开证行依照申请人申请开出的,凭符合信用证条款的单据支付的付款承诺,是一种结算工具,是一种金融业务创新,无论对客户还是银行而言,其都具有显而易见的优势。但是这种金融创新在我国的发展相对缓慢,这种情况的发生既有主观方面的原因也有客观方面的原因。银行业推进国内信用证业务的发展需要确定重点营销对象,重视风险防范,加强内部管理。
Domestic Letter of Credit(L/C) refers to a document issued by L/C opening bank according to applicant's application,which provides a payment undertaking that satisfies the L/C terms.Domestic L/C,as a kind of clearing means,is a new invention of financial service to both banks and their clients and displays the evident advantages.However,it meets a slow development in China,which is a joint result of subjective and objective factors.The banks need to define their key marketing targets,pay close attention to risk avoidance and strengthen internal management if they intend to push the development of domestic letter of credit.
