摘要 实时三维超声心动图（real-time three-dimensional ehocardiography,RT-3DE）是近年来超声领域发展起来的一种新技术,这项技术是由美国Duke大学提出,经飞利浦等公司精心研制在2000年前后获得成功的[1]。RT-3DE能够立体、准确、方便地观察心脏的结构和功能,是一种无创的新方法。RT-3DE技术测定左心室容积时不依赖几何假设,而是从心室整体采集数据,
