改性沸石/EPDM复合材料对水中六价铬离子的吸附研究 被引量:2

摘要 以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为基体,酸改性沸石粉作为填料,利用熔融共混的方法,制备出一种可以吸附水中六价铬离子的复合材料。通过对比天然沸石、酸改性沸石和改性沸石/EPDM复合材料三者对水中六价铬离子的平衡吸附量,得出复合材料的吸附量要远远大于前两者。通过对复合材料吸附水中六价铬离子的过程进行Freundlich等温式的线性回归分析和数据拟合,确定该吸附过程符合Freundlich等温模式,并判断复合材料对水中六价铬离子是易于吸附的。 In our study,a new kind of material for hexavalent chromium absorbency was prepared by melt blending with EPDM as the matrix and modified zeolite as the filler.Contrast between natural zeolite,acid modified zeolite and modified zeolite / EPDM composite on equilibrium adsorption amount(Q),the results showed that the Q of composite were far greater than that of natural zeolite and acid modified zeolite.The Freundlich Equation linear regression analysis and data fitting for the adsorption process of Cr6+ were studied;the adsorption of Cr6+ by the composite was easily.
