摘要 采用数值求解三维Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)方程技术对实验测量的透平叶片进行了不同攻角下的气动性能研究。数值模拟得到实验叶片的中叶展处静压分布与实验数据吻合良好,验证了数值方法的可靠性。研究结果表明实验叶片具有良好的攻角适应性,只有在大负攻角时才会发生流动分离而导致气动性能下降。为了进一步提高实验叶片的气动性能,采用结合叶型参数化造型、气动性能分析和全局优化算法,对不同攻角下的叶片气动性能进行了优化设计。优化设计结果表明,所得到的优化叶型具有优良的气动性能和攻角适应性。 Aerodynamic characteristic of turbine cascades measured in the laboratory at different angles is studied by Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Strokes (RANS). It is concluded through numerical simulation that the static pressure distribution at the mid-span of blade tallies with the experimental measurement, which proves the reliability of numerical simulation. The research result shows that the blade for the experiment can well adapt to angles of attack and its flow separation may occur at large negative angles and result in decrease of aerodynamic characteristic. In order to further improve aerodynamic charac- teristic of blade for experiment, aerodynamic characteristic of blade at different attack angles is designed. The result of optimal design shows that the optimized blade shape is characterized by its excellent aerodynamic characteristic and adaptability to angle of attack.
