内蒙古人力资本对区域经济增长的贡献分析

An Analysis of Human Capital's Contribution to Regional Economy Growth of Inner Mongolia

人力资本理论已经广泛地应用于经济社会的发展过程中。许多研究与实践均证明,人力资本积累是区域经济增长的重要因素。本文从人力资本理论出发,在Lucas模型的基础上利用内蒙古的时间序列数据进行人力资本与区域经济增长的实证检验,分析人力资本与区域经济增长之间的关系,并提出增强人力资本投资力度、实现区域经济增长的相关建议。

Human capital theory has been widely applied in the development of economic society.It has been proved through researches and practice that human capital accumulation is an important factor of regional economy growth.Starting from human capital theory,this paper undertakes an empirical test of human capital and regional economy growth by using Inner Mongolia time series data on the basis of Lucas model,analyzes the relationship of human capital and regional economy growth,puts forward suggestions on increasing human capital investment level and realize regional economy growth.
