摘要 大型机组对电网频率、电压的稳定性影响重大,并网前必须通过严格的整套启动试验来分析查找问题,排除隐患。通过对宁夏某电厂1 000 MW空冷火电机组整套启动电气试验中短路、空载以及同期等关键试验方法和录波数据进行分析,以检验安装后机组性能是否符合设计要求。分析表明:正确的试验方法不仅能全面检验机组性能,还能节省启动时间及燃料,间接带来经济效益。 The large unit has important influence for the stability of power grid's frequency and voltage, before synchronize and close, must analyze and check the problem and remove hidden dangers through strict electrical test of starting-up for complete unit. analyzes the test methods of short-circuit, no-load and synchronism and their oscillograph data in the electrical test of starting-up for complete aircooling unit of 1 000 MW steam power plant, verifies the performance of the unit whether fits the design demands after the installation. The result shows that correct test method not only can check the performance of the unit wholly, but also save starting-up time and fuel, indirectly bring the economic benefits.
