宁夏地区电站锅炉爆管原因分析及对策

针对宁夏地区近2年来电站锅炉频繁出现爆管的问题,归纳和分析了各种爆管故障产生的原因,提出了防止电站锅炉爆管应对措施。分析与实践表明:通过主动控制与预防,及早地采取应对措施,锅炉爆管可以最大限度地得到控制。

Aiming at the problems of boiler pipe frequent explosion in Ningxia power plant near recent two years, summarizes and analyzes the fault cause of various boiler pipe explosion, puts forward the reply measures of preventing boiler pipe explosion. The analysis and practice shows that through active control and prevention, takes the reply measures in time, can control the furthest of boiler pipe explosions in power plant.
