摘要
为了提高工程质量,缩短焊接时间,提高工作效率,崇信电厂2×660 MW机组主蒸汽管道P91材料现场焊接过程,分别采用了不同的焊接工艺和焊材,其中1号机组焊接工艺依据"DL/T 869—2004火力发电厂焊接技术规程"中的相关条款进行了跟透视检验,2号机组焊接工艺是在原规程的基础上进行了改进。结果表明:两种焊接工艺焊接的接头质量均合格,都通过了标准检验,可确保机组安全稳定、长周期运行。
For the sake of improving the project quality, curtailing the welding time and improving work efficiency, with the P91 material in field welding for main steam pipe of Chongxin Power Plant, uses different welding procedure and material. The welding procedure of Unit 1 makes welding understratum roentgenoseopy test according to relevant clauses of 'DL/T 869---2004 Welding procedure specification for steam power plant', and the welding procedure of Unit 2 improves the welding test on the basis of the original regulation, the result shows that the welding joint quality of two kinds of welding procedure both pass the test, can guarantee the units safe, steady and long period operation.
