摘要
宝钢制氧系统已经形成跨区域生产,大管网集中供气的生产模式。在这种生产模式下,其信息化水平仍然停留在L2阶段,如何利用信息化技术来发挥大系统的系统节能优势和优化大系统运行生产模型,从而促进制氧系统的节能减排和提高资源综合利用效率。文章对制氧信息化和节能减排做了一些探索和设想。
Air separation devices set in different regions of Baosteel are formed a network of gas supply system. However, control technology corresponding to this gas supply system still remains at relatively low-level L2 stage. How to take advantage of information technology to promote energy saving, to optimize the production mode, and to improve resource utilization efficiency of the gas supply system? These issues will be explored and discussed in this paper.
