高血压病中医辨证分型与T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞相关性的研究

Study on relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and typing of hypertension and Tlymphocyte subgroup,NK cell activity

目的 :探讨高血压病患者不同证型与外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群及 NK细胞的关系。方法 :40例高血压病患者辨证分为肝肾阴虚型和痰浊内蕴型 ,用碱性磷酸酶法 (APAAP)测定其血中 T淋巴细胞亚群和 NK细胞活性 ,并与 15例健康人作对比。结果 :高血压病患者肝肾阴虚型和痰浊内蕴型的 CD3+ 、CD8+ 、NK细胞百分比均明显低于对照组 ,CD4+ / CD8+明显高于对照组 ;肝肾阴虚型 CD4+的细胞百分比也明显低于对照组 ,而痰浊内蕴型的 CD4+却与对照组无明显差异。结论 :高血压患者中医证型有其客观的物质基础 ,即存在不同程度的免疫功能紊乱。

Objective:To explore the possible relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and typing of hypertension and Tlymphocyte subpopulation,NK cell activity.Methods:According to TCM syndrom differentiation and typing 40 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two typegroups:one type was deficiency of Yin of the liver and kidney(Ganshen Yinxu type,肝肾阴虚型),the other was phlegmturbidity accumulate and stagnate in the body(Tanzhuo Neiyun type,痰浊内蕴型).The Tlymphocyte subpopulation,NK cell activity were measured by alkalina phosphataseantialkalina phasphatase(APAAP) and those in 15 normal subjects were compared.Results:The percentage of CD 3 +,CD 8 + lymphocytes and NK cell decreased and the CD 4 +/CD 8 + ratio increased significantly in Ganshen Yinxu type group and Tanzhuo Neiyun type group of hypertension patients than those in 15 normal subjects.The percentage of CD 4 + lymphocytes also decreased in Ganshen Yinxu type group than that in 15 normal subjects( P <0 01),whereas the CD 4 + lymphocytes in Tanzhuo Neiyun type group had no marked difference from 15 normal subjects.Conclusions:There are the objective material foundations on TCM syndrome differentiation and typing in hypertension,which exist a greater or lesser immunological disturbances.
