基于行动导向的实训教学理念是一种以学生为中心,以培养学生能力为目标,调动学生积极性的一种教学理念。将"行动导向"的教学理念运用到高职物流实训教学中,构建"335"分阶段、分层次、分环节的实训教学模式,建立多种形式结合的技能考核制度,是物流管理专业教学改革的必然。

The teaching idea based on action-oriented is a kind of idea which is student-centered,aimed at cultivating students＇ ability,and to arouse students＇ enthusiasm.Applying the actionoriented teaching idea to the practical training teaching of higher vocational logistics,constructing ＂ 335＂ staging hierarchical practical training teaching model,and building the skills evaluation system combined various forms, are the inevitable in the reform of logistics management teaching.
