摘要
灾后电网能否及时得到修复恢复供电,在很大程度上依赖于电力物资的及时有效供应,通过对电力物资配送进行科学的规划设计,可以有效地保障事故的及时修复与提升电网的整体安全性。根据电力应急物资配送供给特点,通过分析电力物资供给时间的保障率指标,加入了不确定性因素,通过数学模型计算确定了电力应急配送的最优化路径,最后通过算例验证了方法的有效性。
Quickly service restoration depends on the effective and timely supply of power material after a disaster.Through the power material distribution of the scientific design,it can effectively guarantee the restoration and ascension of overall grid safety.According to the emergency material distribution characteristics of power supply,this paper analyses the power supplies of the guarantee rate of time,and joins the uncertainties. Through the mathematical model,the paper determines the optimal power emergency distribution path,finally the example proved the validity of the proposed approach.
