目的 :研究固体分散法对布洛芬栓剂溶出度的影响。方法 :用对比法观察 3种处方对布洛芬栓剂的溶出度。结果 :3种处方在 5～ 30min溶出量有差异 ,布洛芬 PVP共沉淀物制成的栓剂溶出量最大 ,但达到 45min时 ,3种处方的栓剂溶出量无差异。结论 :用固体分散法制成共沉淀物的栓剂在 5～

OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of solid dispersion on dissolution rate of suppositories.METHODS:Three formulations of solid dispersion were adopted. Theinfluence of solid dispersion on dissolution rate of suppositories was studied by use of ibuprofen suppositories.RESULTS:No differences in dissolved drug within 5～30 minutes for formulation A,and B was observed except formulation B; and no difference between formulations A,B,and C beyond 45 minutes.CONCLUSION:The dissolution rate of coprecipitate made out of ibuprofen suppository is obviously increased within 5～30 minutes.
