肾安颗粒的制备

PREPARATION OF SHEN'AN GRANULES

目的 :在肾必氨注射液 (复合氨基酸 9R注射液 )的基础上改进剂型 ,制备为肾安颗粒。方法 :以肾必氨注射液中的 9种氨基酸为原料 ,加入适量的辅料制成颗粒剂 ,包装即得。结果 :肾安颗粒各项指标符合 95版药典之规定。与原肾必氨注射液相比 ,使用方便 ,易于患者、医务人员接受。结论 :肾安颗粒的制备工艺合理 。

OBJECTIVE:Shen'an granules were prepared by dosage form conversion of Shenbi'an injection (an injection containing 9 amino acids).METHODS:The 9 bulk amino acids in Shenbi'an injection and some auxiliary materials were put together and mixed. After granulation,the granules were packaged into Shen'an granules.RESULTS:The product thus prepared conforms to the general requirement in granules of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995.CONCLUSION:For convenient clinical use ,Shenbi'an injection is converted into Shen'an granules by the authors and the product conforms to the general requirements in granules of CP 1995.
