摘要
目的 :对我院剖宫产患者使用抗菌药情况进行分析 ,以提高该类药物应用的合理性。方法 :统计每位患者抗菌药的总金额、用药频度、DDD数及预防结果。结果 :预防用抗菌药方案为青霉素或庆大霉素 +甲硝唑 ,每人抗菌药费用 ( 80 .93± 15 6 .41)元 ,总有效率 99.8%。结论 :围手术期抗菌药总费用很低 。
OBJECTIVE:In order to upgrade the rational use of antimicrobials for infectious prevention in hysterotokotomy,1182 such cases in our hospital were analyzed.METHODS:The total amount of money used in antimicrobials per patient,the frequency of use,the number of DDD,consumed and the results of use were analyzed.RESULTS:The regimen adopted was penicillin or gentamycin plus metronidazole;the total cost in antimicrobials was (80.93±156.41)yuan/patient with a total effective rate of 99.8%.CONCLUSION:Results of the analysis indicated that infectious prevention in hysterotokotomy can be achieved in a very low cost with a satisfactory outcomes.
