摘要
当今大学生学习的主体性意识、时代特点和心理需求决定了"以生为本"参与式主题班会开展的有效性。通过发散思维法、案例分析法、角色扮演法和心理辅导员等形式来组织和设计的参与式主题班会,能使主题班会的教育功能和效果得到强化。
The effectiveness of the theme class meeting depends on subject consciousness,characteristics of times, psychological needs of students' study . Educational functions and effects of the theme class meeting were strengthened by means of using divergent thinking, case analysis, role play and psychological counselors.
