摘要
在当代教师专业发展基本理念诉求中,微格教学应体现行为训练的价值性。这使得微格教学存在着教学分技能训练与综合教学能力提升的矛盾;虚拟情境与真实课堂的矛盾;教师的"教"与师范生的"学"的矛盾;"质"与"量"的矛盾。解决这些矛盾需要恰当定位微格教学的功能;整合各种课程资源;加强师生互动;利用多媒体技术,鼓励多主体多样化参与。
Now microteaching should reflect the value of the behavior training under the appeal of basic idea on teacher's professional development. So there are some contradictions between the single skill and the comprehensive skill, the dummy situation and the true classroom, the teachers' teaching and students' learning, and the quality and the quantity. The way of contradictions are fixing position on function of microteaching, integrating all kinds of curriculum resource, promoting stronger interaction between students and teachers, and encouraging subjects' various participa- tion by making use of the multi-media.
