Determination of Salidroside in Compound Rhodioside by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定复方红景天制剂中红景天苷的含量。方法色谱柱:Purospher star RP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水-甲酸(8∶92∶0.05),流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:277 nm。结果红景天苷在1～10μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),加样回收率为99.85%,RSD为3.0%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为控制复方红景天制剂质量的方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of salidroside in Compound Rhodioside.Methods The separation was performed on Purospher star RP C18（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）with a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water and formic acid（8∶ 92∶ 0.05）at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection wavelength was 277 nm.Results The linear range of rhodioside was 1-10 μg（r=0.9998）.The recovery was 99.85%,and RSD was 3.0%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,sensitive with good reproducibility,which can be used for quality control of Compound Rhodioside.
