摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定前列通颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用Phenomenex Luna C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸(40∶60),检测波长:346 nm,柱温:40℃,流速:1.0 ml/min。结果盐酸小檗碱回归方程为Y=2496.028X-57.420,r=0.9999,表明盐酸小檗碱在0.09~0.45 mg范围内具有良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.76%,RSD为0.85%。结论本法稳定可靠,可作为前列通颗粒的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a quantitative determination method by HPLC for berberine in Qianlietong Granules.Methods The sample was extracted with 50% methanol under the ultrasonic condition for 40℃.Chromatographic conditions: C18 silica column,a mobile phase that consisted of acetonitrile and phosphoric acid,a velocity of 1.0 ml/min,a detection wavelength at 346 nm,and the column temperature at 40℃.Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.09-0.45 mg(r=0.9999) for berberine.The mean average recovery was 99.76%,and RSD was 0.85%.Conclusion This method is stable and accurate,which can be used as a quality standard for Qianlietong Granules.
