门诊患者口服降血糖药应用情况分析

目的分析广州军区广州总医院门诊口服降血糖药的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量、用药频度、日均费用等指标对该院2009年1月～12月门诊口服降血糖药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果共分析口服降血糖药18种。其中处方量前三位的排序依次是二甲双胍(国产)、阿卡波糖(进口)、格列美脲(国产),用药频度和用药金额最高的分别是格列美脲(国产)和阿卡波糖(进口),日均费用最低的是格列本脲(国产)。结论疗效好、价格低廉的国产口服降糖药已在该院占有稳定的市场,其价格比符合临床要求。

Objective To investigate the use of oral hypoglycemic agents for outpatients in our hospital.Methods The oral hypoglycemic agents for outpatients were analyzed according to DDDs and daily expense from January to December in 2009.Results 18 oral hypoglycemic agents were analyzed.Metformin（domestic）,acarbose（imported）、glimepiride（domestic） ranked at the top of prescriptions;acarbose（imported） ranked first consumption,glimepiride（domestic） won the first place in DDDs,glimepiride（domestic） ranked at the bottom of DDC.Conclusion Home-made oral hypoglycemic agents are dominating in our hospital because of their low cost and good efficacy.
