摘要
目的探讨哮喘持续状态伴发呼吸衰竭的临床治疗。方法对本院2005～2010年诊治的45例哮喘持续状态伴发呼吸衰竭的患者临床治疗进行总结分析。结果 45例哮喘持续状态伴发呼吸衰竭的患者入院后,经过综合治疗,病情完全缓解35例,占77.8%,明显好转8例,占17.8%,治疗无效1例,占2.2%,死亡1例,占2.2%。结论对哮喘持续状态伴发呼吸衰竭进行综合治疗,能够提高治愈率,降低死亡率。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of status asthmaticus complicated with respiratory failure.Methods Analyzed the diagnosis and treatment process of 45 cases of status asthmaticus with respiratory failure of our hospital ICU from the 2005～2010.Results After admission and comprehensive treatment of 45 patients with status asthmaticus with respiratory failure patients：complete remission in 35 cases,accounting for 77.8%,some improvements in 8 cases,accounting for 17.8%,ineffective treatment in 1 cases,accounting for 2.2%,1 cases died,2.2%.Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of status asthmaticus patients with respiratory failure of treatment can improve the cure rate and reduce mortality.
