50例肺部鲍曼不动杆菌感染临床分析

Clinical analysis of 50 patients with pulmonary infection caused by acinetobacter baumannii

目的观察肺部鲍曼不动杆菌感染发生的临床特点、高危因素及抗生素的耐药性。方法对50例肺部鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的临床症状、感染的危险因素、体外药物敏感性、治疗转归等进行综合分析。结果 50例患者临床表现无特异性,与鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染发生相关性较强的临床高危因素有:高龄、免疫功能低下、呼吸机应用、广谱抗菌药物使用以及长期住院等,影像学多表现为肺纹理增多及片状模糊阴影,该菌对常用抗生素耐药率高达59.8%,死亡率为16%。结论某些临床高危因素下容易发生鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染,且易产生耐药性,及时治疗是控制肺部鲍曼不动杆菌感染的关键。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,high risk factors and drugs resistance of pulmonary infection caused by acinetobacter baumannii.Methods Analysis of 50 cases of acinetobacter baumannii infection in patients with pulmonary symptoms,high risk factors,drugs resistance and treatment outcomes.Results Acinetobacter baumannii infection in the lung lacks characteristic clinical manifestations.High risk factors include old age,weakened immune system,use of mechanical ventilation and long-term powerful wide-spectrum antibiotics and long periods of hospitalization.Most X-ray imaging of chest show small area of opacity.Acinetobacter baumannii＇s resistance to commonly used antibiotics was 59.8%,and the overall fatality rate was 16.0%.Conclusions Many high risk factors made patients susceptible to pulmonary infection caused by acinetobacter baumannii.Meanwhile,acinetobacter baumannii is very resistant to the widely used antibiotics,It is importance to start effective treatment in a timely manor.
