老年代谢综合征患者肺功能的变化

Changes of the Metabolic Syndrome(MS) in elderly patients on Lung Function

目的探讨老年代谢综合征(MS)患者肺功能的变化。方法检测58例老年代谢综合征(MS)患者和58例非代谢综合征(non-MS)老年人肺功能,并比较两组肺功能变化。结果老年MS组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积、最大通气量、肺一氧化碳弥散量均明显低于non-MS组(P<0.01)。结论老年MS患者较non-MS老年人有明显的肺功能减退。

Objective To explore the metabo1ic syndrome（MS） in elderly patients with changes in lung function.Methods Dedect the 58 cases of metabolic syndrome（MS） in elderly patients and 58 cases of non-metabolic syndrome（non-MS） in the aged with lung function,the lung function were compared among groups.Results MS in elderly patients group of vital capacity（FVC）,forced expiratory volume in first second（FEVl）,maximal voluntary ventilation（MVV）,and diffusion caacity for carbon monoxide of lung（DLco） were signicantly decreased than non-MS in the aged（P0.01 or P0.001）.Conclusious MS in elderly patients have signicantly decreased lung function than non-MS in the aged.
