摘要
目的分析卡介苗误种原因。方法对近五年我院接诊的卡介苗误种儿童36例进行临床分析。结果误种的儿童,根据相对情况给予不同治疗,均达到临床治愈,无后遗症。结论建立健全预防接种异常反应处理机制,及时发现并有效处理,是应对误种的有效措施。
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment methods of unintended subcutaneous BCG injection.Methods Clinical data of 36 cases of unintended subcutaneous BCG injection in Wuhan Medical Treatment Center in January 2005～December 2009 were analyzed.Results The 36 cases of unintended subcutaneous BCG injection were treated correspondingly and were all clinical cured.Conclusion The abnormal reaction for unintended subcutaneous BCG injection is more severe than that for BCG vaccination.Establishment and reinforcement of the system,which could detect timely and treat with cases of unintended injection effectually,is essential.
