甲亢患者应付方式研究

Coping style of the patients with graves disease

目的探讨甲亢患者应付方式特点。方法采用应付方式问卷 (CSQ)对 82例成人甲亢患者进行评定 ,并与正常对照组相比较。结果患者的积极应付方式评分显著低于正常对照组 ,而消极应付评分显著高于对照组。不同性别、家族史及文化程度的患者间应付方式无显著差异。结论甲亢患者可能有应付方式不良的特点。

Objective To investigate the characters of the coping style of the patients with Graves disease. Methods We have rated 82 adult patients with Graves disease using Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ) and comparied with those of the normal controls. Results The positive scores of coping style of the patients was notably lower than those of the normal controls, whereas the negative higher than the normal controls'. The scores of coping style are not significant different between the patients with different sexes, family history and education degree. Conclusion The patients with Graves disease have bad coping style .
