糖尿病酮症酸中毒伴高血糖高渗状态并重症肺炎的抢救与治疗 被引量：8

摘要 糖尿病酮症酸中毒（DKA）和高血糖高渗状态（HHS）均是糖尿病的急性并发症,二者合并临床上极少见,发病率为15%～20%,病死率高达40%～70%,而在此基础上并重症肺炎,从而明显增加糖尿病的死亡率。病情危重,治疗难度大,如何早期识别与正确处理,对降低病死率具重要意义。我院自2007年1月至2011年12月共收治DKA—HHS并重症肺炎6例，现将其抢救与治疗体会报告如下。
