森田疗法治疗社交恐怖症的对照研究

A comparing study on Morita therapy for treating social phobia

目的 研究森田疗法对社交恐怖症的治疗康复作用。方法 将门诊符合 CCMD- 2 - R诊断标准的社交恐怖症患者随机分为 2组 ,森田疗法组 2 6例和药物治疗组 12例 ,疗程 10～ 12周。均于疗前疗后及治疗结束后半年做社交回避及苦恼量表 (SAD)和疗效评定。结果 治疗后森田疗法组 SAD总分比药物组下降显著。半年后随访时 ,森田疗法组 SAD总分继续呈显著下降 ,而药物组下降不明显。疗效评定见森田疗法组痊显率显著高于药物组、复发率显著低于药物组。结论 森田疗法治疗社交恐怖症优于药物治疗。

Objective To study the treatment and rehabilitation effects of Morita therapy on social phobia Method The patients with social phobia diagnosed according to CCMD 2 R were divided into two groups 26 patients were in Morita Therapy group, and 12 patients were in drug therapy group Both groups were treated for 10 to 12 weeks The patients were surveyed with SAD before treatment, after treatment and in 6 months later The treatment effect were assessed after treatment and 6 months later Result The total score of SAD in Morita therapy group was obviously lower than in drug therapy group The score of SAD in Morita therapy group lowered continually 6 months after the treatment process, but drug therapy group had no obvious change The recovery rate in Morita therapy group was higher obviously than that in drug therapy group The relapse rate in Morita therapy group was obviously lower than that in drug therapy group Conclusion The treatment effect of Morita therapy on social phobia was better than drug therapy
