持续质量改进在提高老年患者低血糖评估的正确性和措施落实率中的应用体会

摘要总结持续质量改进在提高老年患者低血糖评估的正确性和措施落实率中的应用体会。成立持续质量管理小组，围绕对老年患者低血糖反应检出率低的情况进行讨论，运用持续质量改进方法，制定预期目标及采取相应质量改进方案。应用持续质量管理后，老年患者低血糖反应检出率较前显著提高。
