项目管理在老年骨科病房压疮管理中的运用

Application of Project Management in Bedsure Management in Geriatric Orthopaedic Ward

目的：引入项目管理理念，将项目管理观点、方法和理论运用于老年骨科病房卧床患者的压疮管理，减少老年卧床患者压疮发生率。方法：组建压疮项目管理团队，指定项目管理者，由项目管理者对项目进行全程管理，并与实施项目管理前的老年卧床患者压疮发生率进行比较。结果：实行项目管理后，压疮的发生率降低至0。结论：将项目管理作为一种新的管理模式应用于压疮管理，实现了患者安全目标管理，提高了护理质量。

Objective： To decrease the rate of bedsore in geriatric orthopaedic ward, the way of project management was applied in bedsore control. Methods：The measures included establishment of bedsore project management team, named the team manager who incharged the whole process, and compared bedsore rate with before project management was applied. Result： The bedsore rate was decreased to 0 after applied project management. Conchtsion：Application of project management in bedsore management promoted patient safety management and the continuous improvement of quality of nursing.
