2型糖尿病早期肾病患者血清胱抑素、β2-微球蛋白、C-反应蛋白水平与尿白蛋白排泄率的相关性分析

Type 2diabetic patients with early diabetic nephropathy serum cystatin, beta 2 microgiobulin, C-- reactive protein level and urinary albumin excre- tion rate correlation analysis

目的：测定2型糖尿病早期肾病患者血清胱抑素C（CysC）、β2-微球蛋白（p2-MG），c-反应蛋白（CRP）和尿酸（uA）水平，探讨其与尿白蛋白排泄率的相关性，及其在早期糖尿病肾病中的临床应用价值。方法：将早期糖尿病肾病患者60例随机分为两组，对照组30例，进行常规降血糖、控制血压、调脂等治疗。结果：治疗组治疗后UAER、尿β2-MG和CRP水平明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论：糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白和β2-MG的排泄，降低CRP水平，对肾功能有保护作用。

Objective：The determination of type 2diabetic patients with early diabetic nephropathy serum cystatin C （ CysC ）, beta 2 microglobulin （ beta2--MG ） ,C--reactive protein （ CRP ） and uric acid （ UA ） level,and discussed the correlation between urinary albumin excretion rate in early diabetic nephropathy, and the value of clinical application of. Methods.. 60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups, 30 cases in the control group, routine blood glucose, blood pressure control,lipld lowering therapy. Result：the treatment group after treatment with UAER, urine beta 2/MG and CRP were significantly decreased （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：diabetic nephropathy patients with urinary albumin excretion and beta 2and MG,decrease the level of CRP,on renal function
