上颌前方牵引对面部垂直向影响的初步探讨

A PRELIMIARY STUDY OF INFLUENECE ON FACIAL VERTICAL WITH MAXILLARY PROTRACTION

目的 :探讨上颌后牙垫联合前方牵引对面部垂直向的影响。方法 :采用上颌垫式矫治器联合前方牵引治疗 6例替牙期Ⅲ类错患者 ,并作治疗前后X线头影测量分析。结果 :上颌骨轻度逆时针旋转 ;下颌骨轻度顺时针旋转 ;前面高明显增加 ,但前下面高增加不明显 ,前下面高 /前面高及后面高 /前面高无明显变化。结论 :后牙垫可减小前方牵引所产生的下颌骨顺时针旋转所致的前下面高增加 ,对避免前牙开有帮助。

Objective:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]To study of facial vertical change with combined posterior biteplane and maxillary protraction. [WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Six patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion in mixed dentition were treated with combined posterior biteplane and maxillary protraction.Pretreatment and posttreatment cephalometric analysis were carried out.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The maxilla showed slight counterclockwise rotation,whereas the mandible showed slight cockwise rotation.Anterior face height increase was statistically significant.ANS Me/N Me and S Go/N Me showed nosignificant change. [WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The results of this study indicate that the use of posterior biteplane in the maxillary protraction can reduce the clockwise rotation of mandible and the increase of anterior lower face heiht.It will contribute to the prevention of anterior openbite. [WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]
