参麦注射液治疗中老年性脑梗死的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察参麦注射液治疗中老年脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将入选忠者随机分为治疗组(21例)和对照组(21例),在基础及常规支持冶疗上,治疗组予以参麦注射液60mL加入生理盐水250mL静脉输注;对照组予以复方丹参注射液20ml加入生理盐水250mL静脉输注。均为1次/日,共用14d;比较两组的疗效。结果:两组的疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P〈0.01),治疗组显效率和总有效率为66.7%和95.3%,对照组为43.0%和76.2%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:参麦注射液治疗中老年脑梗死疗效优于复方丹参治疗,是治疗脑梗死的有效措施之一。
