摘要
注水井在作业起下管柱过程中产生大量的污水,含有油、悬浮物、聚合物、硫化物、挥发酚等多种污染物成分,既浪费水资源,又造成环境污染。针对这一问题,开发出连续软管回收技术,该技术采用连续软管及其配套工具,将污水回收至相邻油井,实现了注水井作业污水不外排的目的,降低了环境污染,减少了水资源浪费。
The waste water produced from injection well, which contains many kinds of pollutant such as oil,suspended solids, polymer, sulfide, volatile phenol and so on,can cause waste of water resources and environmental pollution. In order to solve this problem, the recovery technology using the continuous hose and supporting tools is developed for recovering the waste water to adjacent oil well. This can prevent the waste water from water injecting wells discharging out, and reduce the environmental pollution and the waste of water resource.
