国内高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询的研究现状分析

Analysis on the Current Study on Virtual Reference Service of Libraries of Colleges and Universities in China

以CNKI为检索工具,检索了2001—2010年收录的相关论文,并采用文献计量学的方法进行分析,总结出国内高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询研究的现状。

Taking CNKI as the search tool, this paper makes retrieval of China＇s research papers of virtual reference service collected in the period of 2001-2010, and makes the analysis by using bibliometric method, and summarize the current study on virtual reference service carried out by the libraries of colleges and universities in China.
