构建公共图书馆服务体系是实现图书馆均等服务、保障公民阅读权利和公平获取知识信息权利的重要举措。以连云港市为例,探讨了经济欠发达地区如何建设符合当地经济社会现状的公共图书馆服务体系的问题。

Establishing public library＇s service system is an important measure for realizing library＇s equal service, guaranteeing citizens＇ rights of reading and fairly acquiring knowledge and information. Taking Lianyungang City as an example, this paper probes into the problem of how the economic less-developed area to construct public library＇s service system in line with the local economic and social status.
