Analysis on the Construction of the Platform for the Rail Traffic Emergency Command & Coordination System in Shenzhen City

深圳市轨道交通发展迅速,任何一条线路、任何一个站点出现突发事件,都将对整个轨道交通网络和城市公共交通系统的正常运营产生严重影响。因此,建设轨道交通应急指挥中心的系统平台显得尤为重要。分析了在深圳市构建城市轨道交通应急体系的必要性与可行性,探讨了深圳市轨道交通应急体系的管理模式。

The rail traffic has developed rapidly in Shenzhen City, the sudden events occurring in any line and any station will lead to grave consequences for the normal operation of whole rail traffic network and urban public traffic system. So, the construction of the platform of the rail traffic emergency command center becomes very important. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of constructing the urban rail traffic emergency system in Shenzhen City, and probes into the management mode of the urban rail traffic emergency system in Shenzhen City.
