优质、高花青素萝卜胭脂1号的选育与高产栽培技术

Breeding and High-yielding Cultivation Technique of Radish Yanzhi No.1 with High Quality and High Anthocyanin Content

以源自江苏的板叶型红皮红心萝卜(代号JS01)稳定自交系为母本,以重庆涪陵地方品种(代号FB05)的稳定自交系(花叶型)为父本,进行杂交获得品种间杂交种F1(JS/FB),杂交后代经过系谱选育而成。选育的红皮红心萝卜符合育种目标,采收期相对较早;皮色紫红色,肉色红色,色泽均匀,花青素含量高,硫苷含量低,不糠心,不花心,耐抽薹,性状稳定,抗病性强,适宜于色素提取加工,适宜江苏沙土地区种植。

The hybrid F1（JS/FB） was obtained through the crossing between the stable inbred line of JS01（female parent） and the stable inbred line of FB05（male parent）,and a new radish variety Yanzhi No.1 was bred from the offspring of JS/FB by pedigree selection.This variety has many good traits,such as earlier harvest period,purple skin and red flesh,high anthocyanin content,low thioglycoside content,no hollowness,strong tolerance to bolting,strong disease resistance and so on.Yanzhi No.1 is suitable for pigment extraction and processing,and it can be planted in the sandy areas of Jiangsu province.
