摘要
目的:研究无花果多糖(FCPS)对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将FCPS以50、100、200、400mg/kg剂量灌胃给药10天,观察血清溶血素抗体水平及二硝基氟苯(DNFB)所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应的变化,采用体外给药的方法观察FCPS对腹腔MΦ吞噬功能的影响。结果:FCPS灌胃给药,能明显提高小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平;增强迟发型超敏反应的强度;体外实验在一定剂量范围能显著增强小鼠腹腔MΦ的吞噬活性。结论:FCPS为一较好的免疫增强剂,有待进一步研究开发。
Objective: To study effect of Ficus Carica Polysaccharides (FCPS) on immunologic function in mice. Method: Mice were orally administrated with o-rally administrated with FCPS at 50, 100, 200, 400mg/kg for 10 days, in hypersensitiveity and hemolysin production of the splenic lymphocytes, in vitro phagoeytic function of peritoneal macrophage were studied in these expriments. Result: FCPS can enhance phagoeytic activity of macrophage and the delayed hypersensitiv-ity induced by DNFB in mice, increased hemolysin production of the spleen in mice. Conclusion; FCPS was a good immunopoterntiator
