摘要
针对突发事件应急救援人员分组问题,给出了一种基于优化模型的分组方法。在本文中,首先描述了突发事件的应急救援人员分组问题;然后依据救援人员特征表现评价信息,计算救援人员完成不同任务的综合表现评价值;进一步地,以完成各救援任务的"效果"最好为目标,考虑每个救援人员只能被分到一个组里且每组中的人员数量要满足救援任务的需要,构建了救援人员分组的多目标优化模型,并通过求解优化模型来得到应急救援人员的分组方案。最后,通过一个算例分析说明了本文提出方法的可行性和有效性。
A grouping method based on optimization model is proposed to solve rescue worker grouping problem in the emergency rescue.Firstly,a description of the rescue worker grouping problem in the emergency rescue is given.Then,according to the feature information of rescue workers with respect to the result of each rescue task,the performances of rescue workers concerning different rescue tasks are calculated.Furthermore,a multi-objective optimization model for rescue worker grouping is built,in which the objectives are to maximize the efficiency of each rescue task,and the constraints are that one rescue worker can only be assigned to one group and the number of rescue workers in each group can satisfy the need of the task.Thus,the grouping result of rescue workers can be determined by solving the model.Finally,the feasibility and validity of the proposed method are illustrated by a numerical example.
