试论和谐世界理念的反霸思想

Thoughts of Anti-Hegemony in the Concept of Harmonious World

面对世界经济全球化、一体化和信息化的发展以及霸权主义形式的新变化,以胡锦涛为核心的新一代中央领导集体,提出和谐世界理念应对"单边主义",以和平方式对霸权主义进行有理有据的斗争,以倡导多边主义推进国际关系的民主化与法制化,以促进不同文明的和谐共处抵制全球化时代的文化霸权主义。蕴含在和谐世界理念中的反霸思想,坚持了邓小平反霸思想的精髓——在与强权国家长期共处中,妥善处理对内对外关系,维护地区与世界的和平,创造条件发展自己,逐步限制、削弱世界范围内的霸权主义。

Facing the development of world economic globalization, integration and information as well as the new changes of hegemonic forms,the CPC＇ s new generation of central collective leadership with Comrade Hu Jintao at its core puts forward a concept of harmonious world to response to the ＂unilateralism＂ ： struggling against hegemony with a reasonable, methodical and peaceful manner,advocating multilateralism to promote democracy and legality of international relations, and restraining cultural hegemony in globalization by pro- moting the harmonious coexistence of different cultures. The anti-hegemony in the concept of harmonious world has upheld the essence of Deng Xiaoping＇ s anti-hegemonic ideology, that is,in a long-term coexistence with the world powers,we must properly handle internal and external relations,maintain regional and world peace,and create conditions to develop ourselves,gradually restraining and weakening the hegemony in the world.
